1.Valve stem anti-flying structure
When the medium passes through the valve, the pressure in the cavity of the valve body may push the valve stem out (or when the valve is repaired, if there is pressure in the middle cavity, the valve stem is dry when the valve is removed, the medium is easy to fly out, and the person is injured) In order to prevent this from happening, a boss structure is provided at the lower part of the valve stem.In this way, even in the event of fire, the filler, the thrust bearing is burned or other causes cause damage to the seasoning, the medium pressure in the valve body will make the valve stem boss and the sealing surface of the valve body closely contact, preventing a large amount of medium from the damaged filler portion. Leaked.
2.Anti-static device
When the valve is operated, due to the friction between the ball and the valve seat of the non-metallic material such as Teflon, an electrostatic charge is generated and concentrated on the sphere.In order to prevent the generation of static sparks, an anti-static device is arranged on the valve so that the electric charge accumulated on the sphere is led out through the ball and the valve stem, and the electrostatic passage between the valve stem and the valve body.
3.Triple seal anti-leakage
The V-type self-sealing packing design and the butterfly spring piece pre-tightening compensation combination design change the characteristics of the past cylindrical packing without compensation and deformation. Under the normal temperature differential pressure condition, the full stroke continuous motion 100,000 times to ensure no Leakage and friction do not increase.O-type fluoro rubber sealing ring under the action of the under-mounted metal setting ring ensures the O-ring directional deformation rate and maximizes the O-ring service life.

4.Fireproof structure
